Sausage cup

  • Berliner sausage in a natural intestine (available at least from Veljekset Mattila and Pajunen)
  • 1 tube of Hango Mustard
  • Feta cheese
  • Lettuce/herbs/red onions/salad dressing etc.

Cut a large slice from the sausage with the skin on. Grill the sausage until it forms a cup. Squeeze a generous amount of Hango Mustard into the cup. Serve with green salad and feta cheese.
