Breaded pork chops with mustard

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Hango Mustard
  • Flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper
  • Clarified butter and oil for frying

Whisk together the mustard and the eggs. Spread flour on a plate. Mix the pepper and the salt with breadcrumbs on another plate. Coat the chops first in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry on medium heat for about five minutes on both sides (do not use a pan that is too hot). Drain off the fat and serve with lukewarm potato salad or mashed potato, for example.
