Gravlax à la Hango

Mix together Hango Mustard, oil, lemon, sugar and finely chopped dill. Add a drop of cold water if required. Cut thin slices from the Gravlax and spread mustard sauce on them. Serve with new potatoes, butter, salt and pepper.

  • 4 tbsp Hango Mustard
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Dill
  • Salt and pepper
